Welcome Future Golden Knights,
We are excited to share more about St. Francis High School and our Capuchin Franciscan tradition of enriching the mind and heart with you! Navigating through a very personal decision about where to attend high school can seem like a daunting challenge. Therefore, we are thrilled you are interested in St. Francis High School and we invite you to take a closer look at our beautiful hillside campus that has remained true to Franciscan virtues, particularly brotherhood, humility and service, since the founding of our school in 1946.
Every high school campus has its own unique qualities, the heart and soul of its essence. Here at St. Francis, our Franciscan virtues and our commitment to teaching and living these virtues each and every day, both on and off campus, is what sets us apart. By integrating sixteen Franciscan virtues into our curriculum and co-curricular activities, we provide, with the support of our students’ parents and guardians, a framework and foundation for adult life. This foundation extends beyond the college years – these virtues influence our Golden Knights in their evolving life roles as son, brother, employee, husband, and father. Our mission has not changed since we first opened our doors in 1946. We remain committed to enriching the minds and hearts of young men through the teachings of Jesus Christ and St. Francis of Assisi. We are committed to a strong academic college preparatory program that is balanced with multiple opportunities on our athletic field and gymnasium, in our theater and student-television station, and throughout our local communities. St. Francis High School is truly a unique family and it is far more than a four-year experience. Your time at St. Francis will stay with you for a lifetime.
We encourage you to visit our campus and we invite you to become a part of our treasured St. Francis family!
