Other Ways To Be Involved!

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion – For Catholics who have received the Sacrament of Confirmation, and would like to be a part of this extraordinary ministry, please consider being trained to be an “EM” for our student body liturgies. You literally get to bring Jesus to others! If you are interested in this awesome ministry, please contact Mr. Joe Kim, our director of Campus Ministry at jkim@sfhs.net

Artists – We are looking for talented artists to create artwork based on the theme of each liturgy, to be displayed and brought forth as an offering. If you would like to contribute in this way, please contact Mr. Joe Kim, our director of Campus Ministry at jkim@sfhs.net

Altar Servers – We are always looking for students who rise up to meet the needs of service, especially during the Mass! If you are interested in becoming an altar server, or are already trained in your parish and would like to help at our Mass, please contact Mr. Joe Kim, our director of Campus Ministry at jkim@sfhs.net

Chapel

St. Francis' chapel is located on the south side of the upper campus. It is open to all students for prayer and quiet reflection. Students and members of the local community are welcome to join the Friars for quiet morning meditations at 6:15 a.m. and Mass at 6:45 a.m., followed by morning prayer. The Chapel is also available to classes during the day for prayer services or Mass. The Chapel remains open after school until midnight. The Chapel is closed on weekends and school holidays.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered during break and lunch on the first Friday of every month. Also, individual confessions are available on request from any of the priests at any time.
