2010-2011 Volleyball Preview
The Golden Knight's Volleyball team turned the corner in 2010. An overall record
of 7-13 was a marked improvement from the prior year. We won the Silver Division
of the Crescenta Valley Tournament in May and had a very good summer league.
Next year should be more of the same with the return of many starters and a good
mix seasoned underclassmen. Returning starters, Michael Bacall (Mission League
Honorable Mention and all area second team honoree). Thomas Banks , Wes
Coffey, Nick De Cesare, Tyler Korzun and Kenny Leavens should all be prominent
fixtures along with Ian Sternau, Charles McCarthy and Collin Peterson. We will be
looking to fill the setting position to solidify our offense. We are fairly young in years
but mature in experience. Please come out and support us this spring.
