EVENT DATE: Monday, September 27, 2010 EVENT LOCATION: Brookside Golf Club, Pasadena (please see the map) TIME: 12:00 PM Shotgun Start Each year the St. Francis Alumni Association hosts the Golf Classic as an opportunity for the St. Francis community to raise funds for students. The Alumni Association awards scholarships from $1,000 to full tuition each academic year. Scholarships are presented to current St. Francis students who exemplify Franciscan values and live the code of the Golden Knight. Financial need is a strong consideration for these funds. St. Francis High School opened in 1946 with a freshmen class of twenty-five. The school now attracts hundreds of students from a large geographical area with a broad socio-economic and ethnic population that reflects the diversity of the Southern California community. St. Francis is a college preparatory institution with the teaching approach of enriching the mind and heart. As with any credit card transaction certain fees may apply, which St. Francis High School will incur, to accommodate this method of payment.
