L.I.F.E PROGRAM
The L.I.F.E. (Living in Faith Experience) Program offers a select group of juniors and seniors an opportunity to build a Christian community through their development of leadership skills. Each spring, juniors and sophomores apply to become members of this core team of the Campus Ministry program. St. Francis' L.I.F.E. team is part of the larger network of the L.I.F.E. program of California. "LIFERs" join other schools for a seven-day workshop/retreat in August. During this retreat, students learn how to bring the spirit and example of the L.I.F.E. program back to St. Francis through retreats, liturgies, and service clubs as well as in everyday life.

S.A.L.T. PROGRAM
The S.A.L.T. (Student Action Leadership Team) program offers a broader part of the student body a leadership opportunity to assist the L.I.F.E. team with its many diverse ministries. Typically in November, these young men attend a workshop/ retreat administered by the L.I.F.E. team, which teaches and shares their faith through Christian leadership training. The S.A.L.T. team will then put their faith and training into action aas they minister to the rest of the student body in leadership capacities including retreat leaders and service club officers.

B.O.C.A
The Brotherhood of Christian Athletes is a group of athletes from all sports programs at St. Francis who come together and share faith, expand their friendship, and offer themselves back to the school through Christian service.
